If you’ve purchased digital files from our RuyaTreasures store, getting your downloads is a breeze! Whether it’s your first time or you just need a quick reminder, this guide will walk you through the steps to access your files and start creating in no time.
I have a RuyaTreasures Account
If you have a RuyaTreasures account, you can easily access your SVG vector designs and digital files from "Your Account" in the main menu. Just sign in to your account, and you'll find all your purchased designs conveniently gathered in one place, ready for you to download and start crafting!
- Sign In to Your Account
- Click on the Download Orders
- Click the file you would like to download under the Download heading.
Along with being available in "Your Account," you can access your SVG vector designs and digital files right after checkout on the order success page. You’ll also find them in the email confirmation you receive, where you can simply click on the purchased design or file to download it.
No Account or Guest Checkout
If you checked out as a guest, you can download your purchased designs and digital files right after checkout on the order success page. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email with links to your purchased designs or files, so you can easily download them from there as well.
Can’t find your order confirmation email?
After you make a purchase, the order confirmation email with your purchased file(s) will be sent from "ruyatreasures@gmail.com". If it’s not in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder. If you’re using Gmail, also take a look in your Social and Promotions tabs. To make sure our emails always reach you, consider adding our email address to your contact list.
Download Types for Purchased Files
All our SVG vector designs and digital files are available for download in ZIP format. If you’re using Windows 10, simply double-click on the downloaded file (filename.zip), and it will automatically extract for you. If you have trouble opening the ZIP file, you can use free tools like 7-Zip or WinZip for Windows, and The Unarchiver for MacOS. These tools are easy to use and can help you access your files quickly.
I am still not able to download my Purchased Files
Sometimes, AdBlockers or Windows Security/Anti-Virus tools can block your purchased files from downloading when you click the download link on RuyaTreasures.com or in the order confirmation email. If this happens, you might get a notification asking you to "Allow" the download. Just click "Allow" and then try downloading your files again by clicking the links.
