Digital File Purchases:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • If you experience any issues with your download, such as receiving a corrupted file or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued if there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect file sent, technical issues with the file). In such cases, please provide details and any relevant screenshots to help us address the problem.

Exchanges:

  • Since we only sell digital files, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you received the wrong file or there was an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us for assistance.
